GHOST RIDER
You can only Ritual Summon this card with "Devil's Deal". This card requires a cost of 3/4 of your own Life Points to attack. Negate the effects of any face-down Defense Position monster attacked by this card. When this attacks a face-down Defense Position monster, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to half of the DEF of the attacked monster (if the DEF of the monster is equal to 0, instead inflict damage to your opponent Life Points equal to half of the ATK OR if the ATK and DEF of the monster is equal to 0, Inflict 100 damage to your opponent).

The effect is similar to Shinato, King of Higher Plane
that is good... but you need to take your time in writting the effects.

There. That is the fixed version of the effect.

The effect its actually good. And the cost is correct... if the stats stay the same. but that doesn't make it less broken than it already its.

Divine... ATK 9000/DEF 5000 if it wasn't its ritual and requiers a cost to attack... i would be yelling "OP!"

I could accept the divine attribute... (though its the Ghost Rider who are we talking here, a creation of God) but the ATK and DEF makes me laugh. You could decrease the ATK by 5000 (to 4000) and the DEF by 1500-2000 (to 3500-3000) and this card could actually be... not broken. After all, you can attack an Attack Position monster and you would still cause a damage from 6000 to 8000 for an OTK.

If you decrease the ATK/DEF, this card would not need that attack cost (considering you are already using up to 3 monsters to summon this card).

I'm glad that you edited the effect and the stats of your card. Now that its more fair I would recommend you to eliminate the cost for attacking, that way it would be perfectly balanced and you would have a great card.
