Being named Mystic Swordsman, this card should have similar effects to those LV cards already named "Mystic Swordsman". One rewrite possibility would be:
2 Level 4 Monsters
Once per turn, you may detach one Xyz Material from this card: Choose one Monster from your opponent's side of the field, and flip that Monster to face-down Defense position. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacked a face-down Defense Position monster: Destroy that monster.

This would stick with the theme and increase the power of the card, but not too much.

Making it Warrior type instead of Spellcaster type would better fit the theme.
