I always wondered why Konami didn't come up with a Spell Monster. This is a great candidate! Though, I think Konami did Trap Monsters specifically to decrease field advantage due to having a Spell/Trap that produces a monster (have to wait until after end of turn it is set to summon a Trap Monster, just like any other trap card).

well this one is actually imaginitive and original.
the stats of the card are good (Though I'm not sure with the Divine-Beast type but meh, it could actually be good since it would not get much of advantage with that type) but I don't really like the idea of mixing two game... even if Konami sells, sometimes, games to nintendo. A crossover is very unlikely. Since its a spell card, you can activate it in one turn and use it for a quick synchro summons (level 4 monster = Excellent material for Synchs of level 7 or 8 monsters), tribute summons (special summon, then tribute) or XYZ summons (Rank 4 monsters [trap monsters can be used as XYZ materials, same rule applies to this card])... just like a Metal Fiend Token only that more versatile. In fact, this card has so many uses that I can see it being semi-limtied or even limited if people find a lot more ways to exploite it. |
