At the beginning of each pre-combat main phase, enchanted player reveals a nonland card he or she can cast from his or her hand. That player plays that card. Any player may pay 3 to counter it.

Magic can strengthen one's grasp of power, but can also weaken one's grasp on reality.

If your are going to make them discard a card why would they let you make them spend the mana and cast it?
And instead of Enchant Player I guess I would just say choose target player.
This cards seems too powerful for me "each upkeep" + the card thing...
