Search for Exodia. Oh, noes, the world is going to end. Except restriction.
Card was meant for an imaginary Archetype involving Exodia pieces, in an imaginary world where Exodia and Exodia Necross are vanilla.
This obviously isn't the case irl. Thus restriction.
Still thought it might be interesting.
After all, it's not impossible to make cards leave Public Knowledge.
Hidden Book of Spells and Magical Stone Excavation, etc. can make this work.
Which may or may not make it broken. *shrugs*.
