You can detach one overlay unit to banish one monster with galaxy eyes in its name and this card gains that cards attack points and effect. you can only control one Galaxy Eyes Omega Dragon.

The art would suggest that it is FIRE and not LIGHT.
The card has little to do with GEPD (Rank, ATK, DEF).
The Attack Gain effects are totally unnecessary and borders on pointless on this card.
If anything, detaches should be required for the negation effect.
