If you activate this card, the only way it can be stopped is summoning Jinzo. Jinzo's effect is continuous and do not starts a chain, therefore it would beat this card. But barely a small percent of players uses Jinzo in their decks, or their Side Deck, which means almost every time you activate this card you would guarantee your victory. Light and Darkness can't respond to it, spells, traps and monsters effect that destroy cards cannot be activated attacks are unable and you can only summon once per turn... in other words, you most be the worst player in history if you cannot win a duel with this card in the game...
