Well, need to rethink about your dream card.

The 1st skill is unreasonable. If that is not grade 2 or 3, then you simpily waste 2 CB for nothing! It is completely lack of consistency.

The 2nd skill is okay, but not so useful. Better decrease the Soulblast from 2 to 1 in case you might activate 2 times with slight chance.

well the limit break effect be used in mixed clans thats interesting for sure

but the 2nd effect imo should be counterblast 3

this card is ok, but I think you should make the skill a no cost or maybe no grade restriction
