Reason why I made this is because, as a kid, Dark Magician was (and still is) one of my favorite cards in the whole Yugioh series. So when I found out that there was an Xyz Version of Dark Magician, I was intrigued, only to be disappointed that it had a horrible effect. So I decided to create a new version of it, while trying to balance the effect. Elemental Dragons could go into this all day and have a Heavy Storm ready to go while losing basically nothing in the process. Maybe the attack and defense should be a bit higher since you have to use 2 level 7 monsters.
