pwr +2000 for each RG? This should be Royal Paladin card.
Also, no LB4 as restriction? This is outrageously unbalanced.

Even Tyrant Rex only have 15000 pwr attack, have to retire 1 unit when hit as cost.

Besides, 2nd skill - Get the tremendous attack power with no LB4 as restriction? Even with CB2 and retire 2, it's cost is still too low, not to mention that it's ACT skill! You could even do it 2 times in a row, and you retire 2 RG "before" battle phase, that means you can even benefit from stand trigger by having 1 more attack (which you can't do for Raptor Colonel since its skill activate at battle phase). this card is simpily overpowered.

The worth of dream card is not about his strength, but "unique", the definitely new idea and the balance of cost to curb everything at the right scale.
