I've had the image sitting in my computer for a while now, but, unfortunately, I can't edit/create mtg cards at the moment as I had a computer reimage and have yet to re-find the font files online.

A few things:
Yes, this is basically a Planeswalker version of Rasputin Dreamweaver from Legends.
His Loyalty is 7.
Obviously his subtype is Rasputin.
I don't know who made the artwork, I found it in google images.
I'm aware that the system doesn't really support Planeswalkers so I'm currently looking around to find a PSD template for a Planeswalker.

Subject: Underwhelming?   Posted: April 13, 2014 12:15 pm

For his mana cost, he seems a little underwhelming. Sure, he sorta pays for himself as soon as he comes out, and he has a lot of loyalty, but he's just not as... game-winning as a lot of other planeswalkers out there...

His emblem in particular feels a bit weak, most planeswalkers' emblems essentially read "you win the game"...
