A few things. It has to cost more than 4 mana. Second, it needs color in its cost. Third, lands don't actually have a color, but I knew what you meant. Fourth, forcing a player to discard their entire hand is a bit much, and considering the cost of the card as is (which still needs to go up), they should only have to discard 1 card.
