In General
This card is amazing!! Fits in nearly any deck!! A turn 0 that has a power of 3!! Count me in!!

Uses
Just to have a good amount of power in early game. And of course he can give a real beating if played right.

Combos
Well not really a combo more of a strategy. But you can team him up with the almighty Temari (Violent), the Temari that comes out in revenge, or a Shiky (smarty). This is a very powerful team at turn 1 so that is why I use this strategy in most of my Decks (none of wich are posted).

How to stop it
Well at turn 0-1, meh. You can play one of your own, Naruto (nine tailed), Dosu (sonic impact), any jutsu that does damage, etc.

Pros
Turn 0 with a power of 3
Good effect (can kill alot of small ninjas if teamed up with Temari or Shiky)
Sharigan Eye (like most Sasukes)

Cons
Terrible when injured
Effect (when played in late game it can be painful for you)

Variations
There is no Sasuke like him. You still can use others for the strength but he is the best.

Art
I personally like it because Sasuke is one of the cooler people in Naruto (still not as cool as his brother, Neji, and Shiky). The picture is also pretty cool but Sasuke using Chidori is Second to none.

Overal
This card is one of the best in the game. I think he is a 9.99 (no card is a 10 but some can come close).
