It pretty much makes a jedi be able to attack every one of your opponents units in the character arena.
Uses:

Lets say you have units in the ground and space arena and you are about to lose in one of those arenas and your oppoent has multiple units in the charater arena. Instead of trying to come back from the arena you are losing in, just give up in that arena and try to win in the character arena by saving up build points on a powerful sith lord and putting it in and takeing out multiple units in one turn with one unit by using this card.
Strategies and game play:
discuss the strategies this card could be a part of and how it affects game play in general (especially if it's a new card)
use this card on Darth Vader (R) so damage can't be prevented.
Combos with other cards:
identify other cards with which this one could make interesting combos
Use rage of victory and spinnig slash at the same time so your unit that is attacking can get +4 power for each unit it kills and get all your other units +4 for each. and if you are using this card on a darth vader and you are going vs. a jedi deck and you have palpatines sactrum in play, darth would get +6 and +2 health for each jedi he would kill, and two of that power stays with him until palpatine sactrum is discarded!
