General description:
This magcargo is one of the best cards in the game. It works with many other cards. I've seen this card been used in so many ways.

Uses:
Magcargo's smooth over is why people use it. It allows the user to put a card in his or her's deck on top of there deck.Magcargo can be used in all types of decks. It can be used in an energy burner deck such as Blaziken (PK) or can just be used to draw the right card at the right time.

Strategies and game play:
It works with cards such as Camerupt ex's eruption or cards which will let you draw cards like TV Reporter. It can even be used for getting the right card to draw for next turn..

Ways to counteract it:
Cards that stop poke-powers could counter smooth over. The best way to countering this card is by knocking it out quick so your foe doesn't acquire his best cards.

Strengths/Pros:
Able to search your deck for anything and place on top of deck. Works with so many cards.

Weaknesses/Cons:
Not very high HP.1st attack is very weak.

Artwork and aesthetics:
I'm not a big fan of art work but i think the artwork could have been done better.
