this is the best water card in my opinion
the es for water. and the card that could
be game changing if you are able th have
a good combo with him. If you use one of
his jutsu's example bracken dance and injure
all of the nijas battling aginst him and win
an outstanding battle rewards would win 2
battle rewards.

Much like the Naruto and Sasuke that need The Final Valley to keep their hand and entrance costs down, the state 2 sound ninja have the same needs. Yes, his ability is very powerfull but as a stand alone without power of state 2 he has a 6 entrance and 2 hand cost. That is a steep price to pay for a suped up version of Kakashi [early settlement] (who, unlike kimimaro, can be brought out with jonin's intervention.) It is important to remeber that most cards have a element to balance there power and to try and find a way around your favorite cards weaknesses.

Sure he may be a good ninja for massive rush, but the main problems with him is the fact his effect isn't valid, costs more to put in play, and has no rank. If he was around Jonin rank, then I'd see more play with him, but sadly enough, no luck.

If you're running a sound 5 deck, then that works just fine, otherwise I wouldn't use him.
