General description:
It's indeed a very handy ninja to use in a rush style deck, or if you really do enjoy Rock Lee.
When he's attacking and if he's alive a few turns, he's a force to be reconed with. When blocking, you shouldn't block him.

Uses:
For me, I would only attack with him, and block if I have loopy fist in my hand so the coins become +2/+2 instead of-1/-1.

Strategies and game play:
With Lee, you just have to keep him in play and make sure he doesn't get injured.

Combos with other cards:
9th match him to get him in your hand, play him, and fight with him for a while, and even stack ninjas that activate mental battles.

Ways to counteract it:
All you need to really to is use some effect to make him have to fight as a blocker.

Strengths/Pros:

Sake Coins constantly making him stronger, and can be very deadly late in the game.

Weaknesses/Cons:

Sake coins do the same thing here

Variations:
japanese definitely does since it was an original japanese card, but they had "bottle" coins, not "potion" coins and his effect name was "drunk" not "berserk"

Artwork and aesthetics:
The artwork is very funny, the effect matches the picture very well, and it's hilarious when you see him fight drunk in the anime.

Overall rating:
In decks I see use now, he wouldn't be in many, but his effect can be annoying at moments so I'll give him a 5/10
