General description:
Good chunks of water decks would have him in it, or in the sideboard since he is a very good Jonin ninja to use, and his effect goes off every time he attacks, even if he's going against the US shikamaru formation, or if he's removed from play.

Uses:
All you need to do, is just keep attacking so his effect can go off, and they'll always lose chakra.

Strategies and game play:
constantly attack with him, and just hope you don't get hit with jutsu's unless you have your own to counter.

Combos with other cards:
Kisame with Neji Detection by Byakugan gives help to clearly wipe out their chakra completely.

Ways to counteract it:
only way you can is to constantly charge and make him have to block since his effect works when he's attacking.

Strengths/Pros:
6 attack, great effect since it's valid, and can really have play.

Weaknesses/Cons:
No mental power, low support, and his effect works only when he attacks.

Variations:
Japanese version has it

Artwork and aesthetics:
Artwork is by far the best out for all kisame's, and it matches him to the games and anime more than the other.

Overall rating:
I play water a good amount, but he's not for every water deck, so I give him a 8.5/10
