I see it's a good card review! You show it's many uses! Your just about one of the only people that are into digimon on this site!

beautiful explanation of a very powerful (yet common) card - you made it so easy to understand even a rookie at the game will benefit from it - a great review

Okay you your self seem to be confused.
The rules say that Rookie Level Digimon do not go Offline unless switched with a new Rookie and having the new Rookie Digivolve.
Now what this card is saying is that if an opponent has 2 Rookies in the Duel Zone you are able to remove one of them leaving your opponent with one.
This could be useful when your opponent exploits the effects of Labramon and such, but it will NOT win you the game...

Card review updated based on information from Cyberdramon's Digital Index. Though this information itself is fan information it is well thoughout. Since the card said it affects your opponent's rookie it would be assumed it means Active Rookie not inactive rookies that may be under the active rookie. And since all effects in the rules rferencing "Your Rookie" imply your active rookie you digivolved(or can currently digivolve) from it can be assumed that this card is also referencing the rookie card located at the bottom of digivolve stack.

I see, however this could still be up for debate because like I mentioned before, a Champion Digimon (to my understanding of this game.) is nothing more than your evolved Rookie Digimon. Meaning that there is only 1 Digimon on the Duel Zone when there is a Champion or Ultimate or Mega.
I think the effect makes more sense the way I explained it. Meaning that if your Opponent has more than 1 ROOKIE Digimon on the Duel Zone the Player is able to choose one of the Rookies (Either Active or Non-Active) and send it Offline.
I DO agree with you that Cyberdramon's Digital Index is a GREAT way to understand the game better. However there are some things that I cannot agree with. Like his explanation for Ultra Digivolve and stuff...

I agree, this is not an instant win card. It just sends the rookie offline if there is more than one.
