General description:
Personally, I think this card can be awesome with the right strategy. For many of us, we all saw this card being used in the new YGO GX show by the attractive but tough dueler Alexis. Although, many of you viewers only saw a small portion of her power in the TV show.
Uses:
Basically, once you can perform a sucessful fusion for this monster, it can be quite hard to take down, especially if you can protect her in certain situations for field control. Basically while she is on the field, she cannot be killed by battle in most situations.
Strategies and game play:
Once you put her on the field, you can equip her with the flamberge-bauo equip spell to help ensure she does not die to monster effects when there are less than 3 mons on their field. Also, playing cards like nightmare wheel or spellbinding circle to keep monsters on their field useless, then she can attack the other monsters that are not immobolized, the worst she would have is a 4200 atk. (and 4200 atk is nothing to take lightly, especially if you equip fairy meter crush). And if they happen to get 3 monsters out at one time (which when usually one player has that many monsters out at one time, they are all monsters with 4 or less stars)
When her attack doubles when there are 2 monsters on the field, it says her attack doubles, not orginal attack, so if you equip her with something like united we stand while she is alone on your field, she would have a 5900 atk. And if you had less life points and equiped megamorph in the same situation, she could have 8400 atk (ouch).
Combos with other cards:
You could play ground collaspe to insure that there are no more than 3 monsters on their field so its effect is not useless.
Ways to counteract it:
Stop the fusion by negating the polymerization, or use bottomless traphole when she comes out. Also, she can die to traps, magic and monster effects when you have anything but 3 monsters on the field. Basically limit your monsters on the field while she is out.

Weaknesses/Cons:
Well, being a card only summoned through fusions definately make this card less playable since few people run serious fusion decks except for E-hero decks. Also, the two cards that are used for the fusion are pretty weak by themselves without somekind of support card like a trap to protect them.
Unless there are at least 3 monsters on their field (which doesn't happen too often unless it is a field control deck), this card can still die to traps, magic, and monster effects. Also there is the possibility of a bottomless trap hole taking your whole effort to get it out there by spending at least 3 cards (Etoil Cyber, Blade Skater, and Polymerization, but fusion gate can replace polymerization) Also, if the opponent has more than 3 monsters on their field, she does not get any effect.

Artwork and aesthetics:
The art definately captures the ice skater part. Also I personally like the little blur/shadow effect demonstrating her speed.
