General description:
Romanoff the 1st, Lord of the Demonic Eye is one of my favorite darkness creatures of all time, and keep in mind that I'm a darkness expert here ;)
He's a Dark Lord/Zombie Dragon/Knight so he can be evo bait for certain creatures.
Also he's a 8000 double breaker which is very good!
If that's not enough, he lets you use a darkness spell with the cost of 6 or less wich means that your opponent is doomed if you have the perfect conditions for this creature!

Uses:
Usually when you summon Romanoff the 1st, you should put a useful darknes spell or creature in the graveyard, depending on the situation.
- Terror Pit ( if your opponent has one nasty annoying creature in the battlezone )
- Inferno Sign ( if you have a good creature you need to revive .... eg : Olzekia General of Decapitation )
- Magic Shot - Romanoff Strike (if the opponent has just waay too many creatures)

Strategies and game play:
The main strategy of Romanoff the 1st is to use a spell for no cost when he attacks so you could make more disaster to your opponent.

Combos with other cards:
A good card you should combo with Romanoff is Alexander the 3rd Emperor of the Demonic Eye. Since his effect would use one more time the spell you used with Romanoff.
Besides Alexander a Trash Train would be good as well.
But overall the best card to make a combo with Romanoff is Magic Shot - Romanoff Strike! The reason is that all your opponent's creatures will lose 5000 power!!!!
So I've made 2 combos for you guys to see how cool Romanoff is:

- Romanoff the 1st + Magic Shot Romanoff Strike + Alexander the 3rd + Magic Shot Romanoff Strike + King Maximilian

Your opponent's creatures lose 20000 power meaning that all ( except Diruga Vejida ) are destroyed !!!!!!

- Romanoff the 1st + Inferno Sign + Gajirabute + Alexander the 3rd + Inferno Sign + Olzekia + Trash Train

Now this one heck of a combo totally in your advantage ! I suggest you destroy your Olzekia with it's own effect so you could use the final part of your combo more times to ruin your opponent, muhahahaha !!!

Ways to counteract it:
Usually you fave to fight fire with fire ! In this case darkness with darkness XD ! So if you want to get rid of Romanoff the 1st you just have to use a Terror Pit or any other creature destroying spell to get rid of him .
Also since his power depends on spells you can use Alcadeias , Lord of Spirits or Queen Alcadeias , Holy Gaia to stop him .

Strengths/Pros:
Romanoff the 1st is a powerful card!
Its power is 8000.
He's a double breaker.
And of course he can help you use nasty darkness spells for free .
So overall he's a good card =)

Weaknesses/Cons:
It costs waaay too much mana so if you summon him in the 7th turn, your opponent can just Terror Pit/Death Smoke him away this meaning that you sacrificed not only Romanoff but also a Terror Pit/Magic Shot-Romanoff Strike as well .

Artwork and aesthetics:
The artwork of Romanoff is just TOO COOL! A demonic knight with an uber lazor gun - Pure AWSOMENESS !!!!

Overall rating:
9/10

Because Romanoff costs 7, it gives him an advantage. By the time you can summon him, your graveyard should be well stocked with spells. Too bad he isn't a Demon Command... but being a Knight gives him the advantage of playing with Knight Spells too. But of course, since it costs 7, there's a high probability that the game is close to its end, and Romanoff might not be of much help, depending on the situation. (He'll be perfect if the game drags on)

yeah , it's a big disadvantage that he's not a Demon Command , but the good thing is that in a well balanced deck you can steal for time by using destruction spells until you summon him
