Because Romanoff costs 7, it gives him an advantage. By the time you can summon him, your graveyard should be well stocked with spells. Too bad he isn't a Demon Command... but being a Knight gives him the advantage of playing with Knight Spells too. But of course, since it costs 7, there's a high probability that the game is close to its end, and Romanoff might not be of much help, depending on the situation. (He'll be perfect if the game drags on)

yeah , it's a big disadvantage that he's not a Demon Command , but the good thing is that in a well balanced deck you can steal for time by using destruction spells until you summon him
