General description:
Hey guys it's me number31, and here's another card review, this time about the card Sealed Devil Jumazohl. This guy has an unrealized potential for strategic attacks because he is never used in the anime. Also, the DMC Castle of Demon only has one Grand Devil, lots of players don't know that this guy has so many uses...

Uses:
The primary use of Jumazohl is summoning the Ballom series: Ballom, Ballom Emperor, and Dorballom. Why? Well, both of his effects amke it very easy to that. The First one mamkes your super-cheap Grnad Devils into Demon Commands, so the 1-drop Sealed Devil Webaris can turn, in a split second, into the Master of Death Ballom. This is why I don't know how people are not using this card, so I'll go ahead and set an example =P
The second one is that it cannot be destroyed as long as you can sacrifice demon commands for it. The first effect and the second effect actually supplement each other because you can sacrifice your cheap grand devils to keep this guy alive. At the same time, you can evolve either this guy or your grand devils into the mighty dorballom, so it's really up to the player.

Strategies and game play:

Combos with other cards:
-Dorballom,Lord of Demons or Ballom,Master of Death or Ballom Emperor, Lord of Demons
If you've been paying any form of attention to the "uses" section of this review, you would know.... Dorballom is really a game winner.Making him easier to summon would be...completely apocalyptical to your opponent.. If your opponent tries playing a control deck to limit the amount of demons you have (thus preventing you from summoning Dorballom), he'll have a harder time here.
-Grand Devils
by turning grand devils into demon commands, it gets really easy to win. you can evolve them any time into ballom, so they can really kick ass. Since some grand devil will benefit you or harm the enemy when they are destroyed, you can have this guy kamikaze with enemy creatures all the time.
-Sealed Devil Revenge Arast + any other grand devil
When your opponent tries to destroy this creature, you can destroy another grand devil, thus activating Sealed Devil Revenge Arast's effect, destroying a shield
-Snipe Alferss + Devil Admiral Algo Bardiol
When a grand devil you control dies, snipe alferas discards a card from your hand. If you discard Algo Bardiol it's effect will activate, putting up to 3 potential cards to your hand. And, if your opponent tries again to destroy jumazohl, you have one more card to sacrifice...
-DEMONIC LORD DEATH MANIAC!!
jumazohl effects even grand devils in your graveyard, so if your death maniac gets destroyed (lotsa ways...daidalos...jumazohl..etc.) you get to summon your demon commands AND your grand devils from your graveyard...ouch...
-Jet black War Demon Dulanzames
Jumazohl gives Grand Devils the race Demon Command, so if you have a lot of Grand Devils the turn you summon Jumazohl, you effectively increase the number of Demon Commands in your field,so summoning this guy gets even easier...

Ways to counteract it:
Hmm, what I believe to be the best way is control. keep the field clean of Demon Commands and Grand Devils. This guy is completely useless if there is no support, but he is very powerful when supported.

Strengths/Pros:
-Decent power at a decent cost
-supports the mighty ballom dooods
-lots of strategies come from this guy
-has a powerful field presence because as long as you can sacrifice demon commands, he will stay
-if you keep sacrificing grand devils and demon commands, the sacrifice of death maniac will summon all of them....

Weaknesses/Cons:
-useless without support
-he can still get overwhelmed if your opponent attacks him too many times and you run out of creatures to sacrifice

Variations:
So far, it exists only in History of Devil Nova and Castle of Demon. I don't think they will put it again in another set because its a never heard of card (never used in the anime..i think)

Artwork and aesthetics:
The creature art looks awesome but the background is too flashy for a darkness creature hehe. 8/10 from me

Overall rating:
From the strategy it gives you, I give this card a 9. I'm actually surprised Kokujo never used this card...

This is the best card review I've seen until now. I rate it a five and it is good enough to be the card review of the week.
Keep it up number 31

Yeah, you are so right! This guy is one of the best darkness cards that could easily perform ultimate dark combos. More darkness duelists need to use him. He's an excellent card for Grand Devil decks. You could easily top the deck off with ultimate Demon Command evolutions without adding non-evolution Demon Commands as well! In other words, he's a perfect trump card!

This review is pretty informative. You sure thought about the card carefully. I'm not a Japanese DM player, so I would not use this card. But thanks for the information. It's always good to learn something new.

wow...basically covered everything. Informative and the strategy is smoothly covered along with some animation info. I was surprised as well that kokujo never touched on this card as well.

There is a combination you kinda missed though. I like to use this card with Lucifer as Lucifer can throw five cards into the graveyard...if any chance there is a number of grand devil in the grave and you summon shiver next turn, there can be a whoopingly high attack. Along with Primal Scream...you get a very strong graveyard boosting your Lucifer. Of course, then when lucifer dies, one can fetch an evol, even a grand devil evol to prevent dying. Not a bad choice while Shiver sends more little grand devils into the graveyard.

Along with Battle Ogre, you can g zero it, grab all the creatures from grave, and do a mass cheap grand devil (now demon command) sweep, and of course, expanding the demon command pool shiver can send to the grave.

Then of course, there is Neptune. What an insane card if u can pair it up with shiver. Because Neptune's evolution, allow me to copy it here :Evolution GV - Put on top of three creatures, whose race is Grand Devil, Demon Command, and/or Angel Command, basically allows you to put it on anything on the battle field. Of course, neptune can evolve on grand devil so it not much of a combo...until you realize that when you happen to draw neptune a bit late, you can still use something like zombie carnival to grab demon commands and grand devil turned demon commands out from graveyard, so it is a smooth flowing thing. If you are sick of shiver and wants to do a whip out of the enemies' battle zone and happens to have two more base available, one neptune can turn the tide of the entire game.

Sorry, I typed a bit more than I was expecting I would respond to, but yeah, a great review and I guess this is my two cents.
