General description:
in my mind, one of the best cards ever.

Uses:
well, it pretty much spells it out to you. if you dont know how to use this card, then your pretty dumb.

Strategies and game play:
cripple your opponent deck, get rid of his resources, and kill their combos.

Combos with other cards:
well i personally have made a deck around this card. since its not limited right now (because 9 times out of 10 it will be) theyres a bunch of combos for this card. first off make sure you have something to stop attack. i recommend gravity bind or level limit b. summon tsukiyomi to flip needle worm back face down. book of moon, shallow grave, and soul reversal are your best bets. works good in earth decks too.

Ways to counteract it:
well, nobleman of crossout will cripple the strategy if its used. divine wrath, tribute to the doomed, etc. cards like that will kill him because hes so weak and has nothing to protect him. also with the realese of exchange of the spirit, it could back fire on you.

Strengths/Pros:
5 card discard. play him right and you can deck out your opponent pretty quickly.

Weaknesses/Cons:
very weak, very vulnerable.

Variations:
well i know its a really hard to get ultra and super rare, even a hard to get common. the common comes out of dark revalations 2.

Artwork and aesthetics:
i think its fitting

Overall rating:
a 7

You forgot to mention Insect Imitation.

The downside is that you need to tribute a lv1 monster to summon Needle Worm into f/d def mode, but there are plenty of lv1 insects like Magical Merchant and Leghul, not to mention all the other lv1 monsters which run rampant in Weenie Rush decks. The bright side to running Weenies is that you'll want to have a lot of f/d high-defense monsters like Charcoal Inpachi, so your opponent will most likely waste their Nobleman of Crossout on one of your Normal monsters instead of your Needle Worm.

Other than that, very nice review....I just tossed in the Insect Imitation since a lot of people don't know about a lot of the very good commons from older sets.

This card is broke. I cant stand playing against it... The effect is wrong, and should forever be banned.
