what the heck you diddnt write anything, but a heading and the reason no one uses chandra is because shes like a more mana costly prodigal pyromancer for 4 or 5 turns then she makes a big boom, often too late for her abilityto be any use. thik about it she is the only planeswalker that brings almost nothing to the table. Ajani vengeant keeps opponets lands tapped and Jace draws cards, but Chandra deals 1 damage to target player?! its a godsend no other efect like it. it takes too long for burn and your opponet just keeps attacking for more life if you want a good planeswalker then choose Ajani Goldmane. if chandra got hit she would be of no use.

First start off by playing a Seething Song on the third turn. then with the five mana play Chandra. and if you played your burn cards right to keep creatures off Chandra, win by Over-blazing Chandra and annihilate your opponent for 20.
Perfect hand:
4 lands
1 Seething Song
1 Chandra
1 Over-blaze
If anyone has a better combo let me know. This is what I use and it works well.

The new one is much more destructive in my opinion.

i have never used Chandra, but i have used liliana vess online, and have built a full deck around it. you really cannot beat the old planeswalkers. thank you for writing a card review on this card, and i look foreward to more card reviews from you.

Jonathan
