Sealing Barrier
Chains and Timing

General description:
Great card, for both Wind and Water. Rogued and errata'd due to being so great, and one of my favorite missions.

Uses:
To devastate theme decks, or to slow down your opponent by getting rid of their key cards.
Some people don't really understand how chaining works during the mission phase, and other don't stop and ask their opponent if they have any response to their moves. (Which please TCO players, I ask of you to be a more decent player and always ask if your opponent has a response to one of your moves. Don't just continue your turn as if your opponent didn't exist. Mainly when you saw your opponent fetch their sealing barrier with database kabuto... And please don't be childish to start calling people names when in an argument about a card effect or game mechanic, and don't be a sore loser to abandon the game after being proven wrong, or for any other reason. This has happened a lot with me and a friend, I'm sure as well it has for other people.)
To use this card properly do not declare the card name until this card is resolving since that's the way its supposed to be done. After playing the card ask if your opponent has a response to sealing barrier, if they pass and then you pass it resolves and you declare at this time. They can no longer chain.

To clear some things up, lets look at mission phase timings (information from bandai with link)

Name characteristics. http://www.bandaicg.com/naruto/showthread.php?t=72180&highlight=sealing+barrier

Combos with other cards:
Kabuto Yakushi [Database] Search out sealing barrier.
Temari [Wind Scythe]/[Wind Pressure] Look at your opponent's hand, so you guess right when you declare the card name for Sealing barrier.
Acute Sense of Smell. You're able to look at your opponent's hand for 2 turns, giving you enough time to fetch your sealing barrier to counter their move.
Kiba Inuzuka. [Ninja Art Beast Mimicry] Peek at your opponent's hand when this guy is opposed. And wreck them with Sealing Barrier.

Ways to counteract it:
No Interest. A card I think should be in lightning's side deck. And you can play it even if you already played a mission card during that turn!
Hataye. Just hope they play sealing barrier late on the game.

Strengths/Pros:
-Turn 2
-Devastating for theme decks
-Counter mission
-Searchable

Weaknesses/Cons:
-You have to really guess if you haven't seen your opponents hand
-Can be negated

It also works well with Temari & Kankuro.

While I thought your review was useful, I would have liked it better if there was more information on the card and how to best use it rather than bashing some TCO members. Some people are just learning the game, after all.

well first off you can only play 1 mission per turn however because this card is a counter it can only be played during your opponents mission phase so it really don't count as playing a mission ^^

well there are people who have been playing since the game first released and are still super noobs who fight about every little card and quit when proven wrong though we should bash them but they still do exist as with any other game

You took a great card and gave it a great review.
Although it all looks a lot better when you always write in complete sentences.
