Knight Armor
Simple and useful

General description:
Knight Armor is a simple, yet effective, item card. As the text states: "Extra Defense! Attach to 1 Scout, Knight, Monster or Villain (maximum 1 Knight Armor per card). In the turn it is used, the Armor reduces all damage the character receives by 20." This can be used to bolster a weak Monster or protect an almost-defeated Scout/Knight.

Uses:
You can use this card in two ways. Attach it to a Scout, Knight, Monster or Villain with low starting Health to protect it against being easily defeated. Or, you can attach it to a character that has high overall Health but is currently in danger of being defeated.

Strategies and game play:
The great thing about Knight Armor is you don't need complex strategies or card combinations to make it work for you. Just attach it to any card you want to protect, and you reduce attack damage by 20 without any extra effort.

Combos with other cards:
When attaching Knight Armor to a Monster or Villain card, combine it with Negaverse Sword to reduce the damage your Monster or Villain receives by 20 and increase the damage they deliver to the attacking Scout/Knight by 20.

Ways to counteract it:
The only way to counteract this card is to deal enough damage points to your opponent that reducing the damage by 20 points is pointless.

Strengths/Pros:
This card can be used by Scouts, Knights, Monsters, and Villains, so no matter who or what you have out on the field, you can use it. Also, it does not require you to play Jan Ken Pon (JKP) to use the card's effects.

Weaknesses/Cons:
The disadvantages are that you can only attach one Knight Armor card to each character and that it reduces damage by only 20, which may not be enough when dealing with combined attacks.

Variations:
As far as I know, there are no variations for this card.

Artwork and aesthetics:
The artwork, a simple image of Prince Endymion, works for this card because Endymion has been both a Knight and a (mind controlled) Villain and in this form he wears armor.

Overall rating:
I rate this card a 7 because it can be used with both Scouts/Knights and Monsters/Villains and does not require you to play JKP.

Knight Armor is okay. I prefer Luna Pen and Ofuda Scroll for Scouts/Knights, as they completely avoid damage, or defense abilities for Monsters and Villains.
