General description:
Cybernetic Magician is a monster Spellcaster Level 6 and 2400 ATK, whose effect allows us to convert the ATK of one or more monsters on the field to 2000, able to change to our monsters to cause more damage or change to a monster opponent and do more vulnerable to monsters with ATK.

Uses:
The main use is as a support to increase the ATK monsters weak to cause more damage or decrease the ATK of a monster opponent and attack with another monster stronger.

Strategies and game play:
Could you help on a deck with Level Limit - Area B and Gravity Bind to protect low level monsters and increase ATK.We can use it in a deck with Junk Warrior, to increase the ATK of the monsters level 2 and in the same time to summon and thus gain more ATK

Combos with other cards:
Some cards that can take:
1-Necro Gardna: Discard and assure deny monster attack the opponent.
2-Plaguespreader Zombie: Discard it and then reborn in its effect and to Synchro Summon.
3-Volcanic Shell: Discards 1 then paid another 500 for Volcanic Shell carry on hand.
4-Spell Striker: You can direct attack, if we discard can cause damage 2000.
5-Scapegoat: If we can discard up to 4 cards, tokens will have 2000 ATK each.
6-Limiter Removal: We convert the ATK of 1 or 2 Machine monsters and then activate Limiter Removal for the two monsters have 4000 ATK.
7-Magical Dimension: With this card we can easier summon and also destroy a monster.
8-Shield Warrior: Discard and prevent one of our monsters can be destroyed in battle.
9-Blade Knight: When we have 1 or fewer cards in hand wins 400 in ATK.
10-Infernity: With these cards make good combos as its effects are activated when we have no cards in hand.
11-Monsters that can attack directly as: Elemental Hero Ice Edge, Gear Golem the Moving Fortress, Inaba White Rabbit, etc.
12-Monsters which can be exploited by not having cards in hand: Mechanical Hound, Cyber Archfiend, Cybernetic Cyclopean.
13-We can discard Treeborn Frog, to Special Summon it and in our following turn use for Tribute Summon, also can combine it with Search Monsters to suicide it and search 1 monster.

Ways to counteract it:
1-To negate his summon and effect:
Bottomless Trap Hole, Solemn Judgment and Skill Drain .
2-To destroy him with Magic and Traps:
Lightning Vortex, Smashing Ground, Fissure, Mirror Force, Sakuretsu Armor, etc. .
3-To decrease its ATK:
Shrink and Burden of the Mighty .
4-Flip Effect Monsters:
Old Vindictive Magician, Night Assailant, etc

Strengths/Pros:
1) Good effect.
2) Is attribute Light.
3) Good ATK of 2400.

Weaknesses/Cons:
1) More Vulnerable to ATK Monsters.
2) It makes you discard hand and can be a disadvantage.
3) Is vulnerable to effects of Monsters, Spells and Traps.

2) Super Rare en CRV.
3) Ultimate Rare en CRV

Artwork and aesthetics:
It's a good artwork, a modern Spellcaster, leaving aside the images "old" as the Dark Magician or Breaker the Magical Warrior.
