You can put one of your creature from battle zone to mana zone by the help of this card. Some creatures whose effect are strong but their power is not much strong and can be easily targeted by any spell like: Jenny, the Dismantling Puppet, Aqua Hulcus, Bronze Arm Tribe and many others so by the help of this spell you can increase your mana after using their effect.

Second thing is, it is charger. Charger are like discount. In Duel Master's official English web site mana are compared with money

"Cards in your mana zone can get mana for you. Mana is like money. You use it to pay for creatures and spells."

Cards in your mana zone can get mana for you. Mana is like money. You use it to pay for creatures and spells.

So like some times you get sale on things like 40% off or you get "buy one get one free" offer. So charger are like this offers. After using their effects chargers will be put in mana zone.

Now just think about it effect what you get from it? It will give you 2 mana at once. You will put one creature from battle zone to mana zone so +1 mana and it is charger it self so +1 mana again so 1 + 1= 2.

In which deck it works well:

Well, I have been playing this game since 2004 and I have been playing this game online since 2007. Just forget real gaming as we don't have all the cards in real but in online we do have for no cost so just consider online gaming for now so since 2007 I have never seen any one using this card. I think this card will work great in Control deck GRUB.

Card Combo:

I think this card combo will be good if it is used after "Dreaming Moon Knife". In first turn if you have won the toss you so just put mana and end turn if not then you drew a card, charged mana and end turn. So you have 1 mana. Then on your next turn you drew a card, charged mana and summon "Dreaming Moon Knife" and put one mana from hand so now on your second turn you have 3 mana. On your third turn you drew a card, charged mana and cast Mulch Charger and choose Dreaming and put it in mana zone and then you kept Mulch into the mana zone too. So now how much mana you have on your 3rd turn? before your 3rd turn you have 3 mana and then you charged 1 mana so you have now 4 mana and then cast mulch and putted Dreaming into mana so now you have 5 mana and mulch in mana too so 6 mana. Just look the situation you have 6 mana on your 3rd turn. It means you can summon Bolmeteus Steel Dragon on your 4th turn with out Cocco Lupia.

Deck:

Following deck is just an example:

Pyrofighter Magnus x2
Bazagazeal Dragon x2
Apocalypse Vise x2
Volcano Charger x2
Bolmeteus Steel Dragon x2

Aqua Hulcus x2
Aqua Surfer x3
Energy Stream x3
Thrash Crawler x2

Jenny, the Dismantling Puppet x3
Terror Pit x3
Death Chaser x2
Ghost Touch x2

Dimension Gate x2
Dreaming Moon Knife x2
Mulch Charger x3

I think it is enough for now. So hope you all will enjoy this article and like it. Please vote for it.

I'll give 7/10 for card.
