General description:

This is one of the only creatures in the game that has a destruction effect with the potential to destroy multiple creatures that can be used as many times as possible. Although, it's limitations would deem the card useless to some players, it still has great potential, and can change the tide of the game. Let's see what Heavyweight Dragon has in store for us.

Uses:

This card would mainly be used to pick off weaker creatures, which it has exceptional ability in doing so, however, its effects allow you to be able to destroy one relatively large creature, such as a Crystal Paladin. However, you must keep in mind that these creatures must be tapped, and the limit is 2 creatures. Despite that, it still has very very good potential, and can be a game breaker, with the correct support.

Strategies and game play:

Strategies for this card would mainly revolve around destroying creatures, and having your other creatures break shields, it can be a very good combo, but still, you need some certain cards, to make sure that this guy is used to his full potential.

Combos with other cards:

This card alongside Techno Totem would be a very very good combo, this would completely disassemble your opponent, and would open up room for an attack by your smaller creatures. Or, you could just summon another one of this guy, trust me, if this ever happened, your opponent had better just give up, but, with a mana cost of 7, stacking this card may prove to be a challenge.

Ways to counteract it:

Obviously, this goes without saying, Terror pit, Spiral gate, and all other destruction/ removal spells. But since this affect can slip through blockers, it would be better to just keep your creatures untapped. But still, decks with this card in it, would be succepitable to blockers.

Strengths/Pros:

9000 is very nice
Can destroy multiple creatures
Is an armored dragon with lots of support

Weaknesses/Cons:

The creatures have to be tapped
It's still vulnerable to larger creatures.

Variations:

Double Twin Sword, Red Dragon, Japanese, DMC -20 Shobu's Holy Dragon Deck power up pack.

Artwork and aesthetics:

Looks pretty cool, has two really big guns.

Overall rating:

Overall, I would give this card an 8.5 out of 10, it has potential, but only in the correct deck.
