General description:
This card is about as cheap as it gets. Any deck can use this card. Takes care of any lower power characters and does not bother your characters.

Uses:
I would use this card in any deck, even if i was using a dark side Hoth deck. If i had an all space deck then i would have Budo just to give the ground some trouble and keep some force drains down. He is even better when you can stay at a jabba's palace site and use his ability to keep characters from escaping

Strategies and game play:
If you are looking at building any tatooine deck budo is a must. The only real strategy will budo is just to get him out as soon as possible.

Combos with other cards:
Budo is his own combo

Ways to counteract it:
Have characters with power 4 or higher, or have weapons that can hit a 5 defense

Low deploy
high ferocity
does not require destiny to attack
does not attack your characters
high defense
can go anywhere but hoth
high destiny

Weaknesses/Cons:
If both players played hoth decks, then all he would be good for is a destiny, and still he is a 4!
