General description:
I really like this card. It makes the liquid people impossible to be blocked and it's a pretty powerful card. It's also not a evolution card so it can be played easily.

Uses:
It's uses are as a finisher, or a simple boost for a water deck. It makes it so that the liquid people can't be blocked. It's a fairly good contribution to winning.

Strategies and game play:
It gives water civilization a chance against all of the light civilization's blockers. It's also good since it's a double breaker and it will help quickly end a game

Combos with other cards:
this and spiral gate will work with you to avoid shield triggers. It will also work with astral warper to dominate your opponent and to draw some cards at the same time.

Ways to counteract it:
Well It would help to have a powerful card to destroy it. But a Ballom master of death will destroy it and the liquid people without having to battle against them.

Strengths/Pros:
It's pretty good with 6000 power and it can help with water decks that are struggling with the light civilization's powerful blockers.

Weaknesses/Cons:
Unfortunately it cost 8 mana so it can only be used in long games. Plus even though it's a double breaker it doesn't protect himself since it's a Leviathan. Allot of cards are stronger than it as well.

Variations:
It's in many languages.

Artwork and aesthetics:
I like the artwork. It shows a huge monster that creates huge waves. It certainly lives up to his name, it's a kingly picture.

Overall rating:
Although it has an interesting ability and it a rare card, it has many setbacks and for that reason i give it a 5 out of 10.
