General description:
Jar Jar Bink's has to be the most annoying character in the Star Wars universe, he was a fumbling buffoon who irritated you with his voice and helps bring around the down fall of the old Republic by putting forward palpatine for chancellor. In the Star Wars ccg game he is sadly to say very useful. 2 force to deploy a power 3 ability 3 character, and has a great ability.

Uses:
Generally only spies can deploy to locations without force icons on your side, but with Jar Jar that is not a problem. Jar Jar can "deploy to any site", "ANY SITE" hello Dagobah, deploy him there get some almost guaranteed force drains.

He has a very cool ability to target an opponents character and try to kill him, which can be helpful to sway a battle. If everything else fails he is a cheap seamy power full character.

Strategies and game play:
If you plan your deck out right you can use Jar Jar to take out big Characters at any site. Infiltrate him to the death star kill Tarkin, or if the force is with you Vader is possible.

If you need to infiltrate a location you can not get to due to a lack of force icons, use 2 force put Jar Jar down, then what ever you like. Luke, Chewie, Obi Wan. For 2 force you have +3 power at that site and 3 ability, just need 1 more ability to drawer destiny.

Combos with other cards:
You can start the game with "The Signal" deploying "Brisky Morning Munchen". Using brisky morning to play Jar Jar from your deck (hopefully hes not in your force pile) to any site and start force draining next turn. Then if opponent plays any characters to your location use Jar Jar's ability to kill the opponents character. Jar Jar gets put on top of Brisky Morning so you can retrive him at a latter time.

Ways to counteract it:
Shot him , slice him, deploy a character that can drawer destiny, or a character that has a high ability which will make it hard for Jar Jar's ability to work.

Strengths/Pros:
3 power
3 ability
2 too deploy
Can deploy to "any site"
Has the ability to destroy any Character

Weaknesses/Cons:
Not immune to attrition
Cant drawer a battle destiny by himself
Not a very high forfeit
Low destiny number
not a warrior or pilot

Variations:
As far as I know there is only a foil version of this card in reflections 3.

Artwork and aesthetics:
Card picture is of Jar Jar smiling. I think it looks stupid but I'm bias as i don't like the movie character.

Overall rating:
8/10

Great review! I agree with everything you said and think your combination with Brisky Morning Munchen is a great idea. I will have to look through all my light side decks to see if there is one or two i can squeeze that combo into. Its also pretty funny how powerful his other persona (general jar jar) is for such a relatively weak character in the movie. Decipher was pretty clever by making the most annoying character in the star wars universe, basically a character designed to kill itself.

"any site" is such a powerful statement - it makes looking at this card an absolute necessity - no giben up on him here - and if my fellow commentator "auzi" thinks its worthy of a second look - im "forced" to agree - RBD
