General description:

I like this card why tradicional cards as Dark magician and other.

Effect
Toss a coin and call Heads or Tails. If you call it right, your opponent's monsters on the field are destroyed. If you call it wrong, your own monsters on the field are destroyed and you lose Life Points equal to half the total ATK of the destroyed monsters. This card can be used only during your own turn, once per turn.

Uses:
This card is not used much since I came out more cards but I can still trust the Time wizard since their effect is very good.
Anyone using Joey Wheeler deck must have a wizard time in his deck as much of itdepended on Joey and Joey decks do.

Strategies and game play:

this card is very very useful but is also useful both as risky as it can kill all the monstersin your opponent or your monsters but if you can use either the letter there really going to help you much (Y)

Combos with other cards:

Time Wizard + Pinch Hopper
Special summon any Insect from your hand.
Time Wizard + Babycerasaurus
Special summon any lvl4 or lower Dino from your deck.
Time wizard + Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes
If it fails, just activate Rise of the Snake Deity to bring out Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes. You can also use TW with Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes since she can't be killed by it when it fails.
