MELNIA THE AQUA SHADOW:
Ok this card is a pretty cheap creature. The fact that it's a slayer makes it rock.
I use this card in my deck just as a protection for big guys. You could use this card in a control deck to prevent some giant from cracking your strategy down.
Strategies and game play:
You can play this card as a threat for your opponent's fatties, or as an early game destroyer. But i suggest using it in later parts of the game
Combos with other cards:
I guess there aren't so many combos with this card... maby use it for example with Emerald Grass, so you won't have to sacrifice this guy to destroy some weenie.
Ways to counteract it:
Well, it's easy to destroy with Phantom Dragon's Flame or Crimson Hammer and cards like that, because after all his real power is the weak 1000.
First of all, this card costs only 2 mana, and it's unblockable. But the greatest part is: It's a slayer, and that means no creature can survive it.
Well it's easy to destroy with small destruction spells, and with so weak power it will not survive (almost) any of its battles.
Artwork and aesthetics:
The artwork is weird, but i like it. In the picture he doesn't really seem like a slayer thought. Imagine, an aqua shadow like that can destroy Billion-Degree Dragon!
It's a very useful card, but will be destroyed easily.
give this card a general rating from 1 to 10.
