General description:
there's alot of amazing things to say about this card and honestly few things bad.I'v heard some talk that this guy should be banned and while I love using Dark Irregulars i can see why he could be.He can pretty much win you the game by himself.

Uses:
This guys gonna obviously be used in pretty much only dark irregular decks but because the games so new its hard to play alot of cards in decks that arent built around their specific clan.He's gonna be the main grade three that you want to get out because once he's out your opponent is in for a world of trouble.His first ability gives him a extra grand for each dark irregular in the soul during your turn.Now a good dark irregular deck can easily get at least 5 cards in their soul by the time you would play this guy.That make him at least a 15k without a boost.Amon can often break the 25k mark when he attacks with ease making your opponent use up at least 2 to three cards to stop him and thats before he drive checks.But thats not all.At the start of your turn for a counterblast of one you can move of your units to the soul to make your opponent retire one of his units.So not only does this ability make him stronger but it also can make your opponent get rid of cards.

Strategies and game play:
This card can be used in many ways in a dark irregular deck.you can ride another grade 3 early and wait to build up your soul so that he can come in late game for the win or you can simply play him as early as possible.If played late game he can possibly attack for over the 30k mark making your opponent hard pressed to stop him.If played early you can repeatedly use his counterblast to help control your opponents field while making him stronger and stronger.

Combos with other cards:
a card this works well with is Doreen the Thruster.If you use his counterblast he'll gain an extra 1000 through his own effect and then Doreen will also gain a 3000 boost.If Doreen boosts Amon for that turn He could easily surpase 30k.Now imagine a field of Amon with lets say 5 card in soul as your vanguard with Doreen behind him and a grade two rearguard with a Dark Queen of Nightmare behind it and one other rearguard of any kind.If you use Amons effect doreen will gain a boost of 3,000.Then attack with your grade two boosted by Queen.If the opponent doesnt guard you can use Queens effect to soul charge and put her back into the deck.Now doreen gains a additional 3,000 and you can attack with amon who now gains 7k instead of 5 boosted by a 12k doreen.Add in the twin drive check and it'll take either a perfect guard or your opponents entire hand to stop him.

Ways to counteract it:
This card is a difficult one to counter because even without his ability to retire your rearguards his raw power can be game winning.I would recommend saving your perfect guards and attempt to take out as many of your opponents rearguards as possible to limit his attacks.Even then your best bet would simply be to try to end the game as fast as possible once Amon hits the field.

Strengths/Pros:
Insane raw power and a very nice counterblast with a low cost.

Weaknesses/Cons:
Since this card has no rearguard abilitys its just a 10k hitter and not that useful there.Also while his counterblast is powerful and works well with the clan as a whole it will require you to use up resourses.

Variations:
The only version of this card availible is the triple rare version in the third booster set.

Artwork and aesthetics:
The artwork for this card looks amazing although a little freaky.

Overall rating:
Even with it's cons I have to say this card is a instant 4 of for a dark irregular deck and will often win games by him self.I all honestly there's not much else you could want from a grade 3.10 out of 10
