General description:
This weapon had some uses when it first came out, but a lack of high ability characters made this weapon very hard to make useful. Now that there are plenty of high ability characters for the light side the generic light saber can be used to give the light side a major advantage.

Uses:
use in a deck that has an objective or effect that prevents your force drains from being modified or canceled. or use with high ability characters hit characters and increase force drains.

Strategies and game play:
The biggest advantage is the for drain. Use your force drain modifiers to force the opponent to come to you, and since you are already using high ability characters, battling should not be a problem.

Combos with other cards:
High ability characters and cards that protect your force drains.

Ways to counteract it:
Occupy sites. hit the characters holding the weapon or just out force drain the opponent.
