Diabolos Zeta, Temporal Ruler/Devil Diabolos Zeta, Evil Awakened came out with the set "Psychic Splash"(DM-39)
The intial stage is

■ This creature can't attack.
■ Whenever your opponent would choose a creature due to the ability of a creature, this creature can't be chosen.
■ Awaken—At the start of your turn, you may choose 3 cards from either your battle zone and/or your mana zone, return them to your deck, and then shuffle it. If you do, flip this creature.
It is a 10 mana psychic creature which can easily be summoned by the use of hyperspatial spells like Hyperspatial Romanoff Hole, Hyperspatial Storm Hole and Hyperspatial Guard Hole.
Plus, you may summon this by effect of Last Storm Double Cross, The Super Awakened
Adding to all these benefits, it is a 9000 power blocker which can't be chosen for effect of creatures. Also, it is of all the civilisations. So, it can't be taken out by creatures that specify to break a civilisation like Ballom, Master Of Death
Awakening Condition :

Pretty much valid to get into the battle zone, the devil diabolos. If you have this creature in your battle zone, you might have about 7 mana (because of the cost of spells required to summon it), so even if you loose 3 mana, you still have 4 left with a super quadruple breaker in the battle zone or if you destroy 3 of your small creatures like Cebu Aquaman Jr. or Dismantle Puppet Jenny whose basic use are the "Come Into Play" effects like discard and draw.
The Awakened Part, Devil Diabolos Zeta, Evil Awakened
Now this is something which is real worth destroying your 3 mana/creatures for!

■ When this creature attacks, you may destroy one of your opponent's Light creatures, Water creatures, Darkness creatures, Fire creatures, and Nature creatures.
■ Release (When this creature would leave the battle zone, you may flip this card and leave it in the battle zone instead.)
■ Quadruple breaker (This creature breaks 4 shields.)
INCREDIBLE! That was really worth what we destroyed our mana/creatures for. 23000 power, quadruple breaker, evil soul and that sensational ability to destroy a creature of every civilization on its attack.
This creature can be an awesome finisher because of its huge break and ability which can be well used to destroy the opponent's blockers or other creatures. Even if your opponent decides to kill him once, it has got release.... So burn 3 more mana/creatures and get it awakened again.l
All spells that allow a player to summon it are of cost 7. So, it is pretty much affordable and its abilities makes its use more versatile besides belonging to all 5 civilizations.
1-> FINISHER : Well creatures that crack so many shields is definitely considered to be in the list of finishers. It breaks 4 shields along with destroying a creature of each civilization in the opponent's battle zone. So, it is very easy to be used with other finishers like Queen Alcadeias, Holy Gaia, Maxwell, The Super Electric etc.
2-> PREPARING FOR STORM GENJI : The awakened part has 20 mana in itself, so it is sufficient of completing the requirement for the Super Infinite Evolution for Storm Genji Double Cross, The Super Temporal which can be evolved into the ultimate finisher Last Storm Double Cross, The Super Awakened next turn which is a world breaker.
3-> GOOD ABILITY : Even if you do not intend to finish the opponent, you can still have it to attack and destroy creatures which can be enhanced by the use of spells like DNA Spark / Super Spark with Fists Of Forever.
Strategies and game play:
The basic strategy with this creature is to control the game till you summon it. It is awakened on the very next turn if it still stays and you want to awaken it. Once you have awakened it, you'll probably have pretty less mana. So either summon the supportive finisher (like Queen Alcadeias or Maxwell) before it. If you are unable to summon the finisher before, you can still wait to summon it or just attack with whatever you have.
The other basic strategy is the use of Storm Genji with it. Once awakened, it has 20 cost which is sufficient to summon Storm Genji. Since it is an evolution creature, you may directly attack and burn 4 shields of your opponent or just wait to awaken it the next turn to get a world breaker.
It is a pretty versatile creature due to belonging to all 5 civilisations and the evil soul. So, it can also be used in combos with other creatures as listed below.
Combos with other cards:
Versatile Nature of this creature makes it very easy to fit in any deck. Plus, the evil soul and 5 civilizations make its combos more in number.
1-> WITH QUEEN ALCADEIAS : Its combo with Queen Alcadeias, Holy Gaia is pretty fruitful as it leaves no choice in front of the opponent as he can't summon spells and he gets 6 shields cracked (4 - Diabolos and 2 - Queen).
2-> SUMMONING : Its summoning can be made more easy by Dimension Horn, of the Temporal Foundation by its tap ability. But you must have atleast 10 mana to get the task done.
3-> SAVING : Since it contains "ZETA" in its name, its destruction can be saved by the help of Necrodragon Skull Gravitz which could save all creatures that have "ZETA" in their name by destroying itself instead and being a blocker itself.
4-> EVIL SOUL : Since it has "EVIL SOUL", it is also complatible with decks containing soul cards like Final Doppel which shares soul and all that stuff....
Ways to counteract it:
This is a very deadly creature......Yet, it has some weaknesses.
1-> Helpless against spells since its ability gives to protection only from creatures. So it is vulnurable to destruction from spells like Spiral Gate, Terror Pit etc.
2-> It is a blocker, so all spells that destroy a blocker or return it to hand can be good against it. For example : Hyperspatial Shooting Hole, Super Explosive Duel Fire, Scarlet Skyterror, Crystal Palladin etc.
3-> Its strength can be used as a weakness. Since it is a psychic, creatures like Gil Bolshack Cross NEX and Codename Sherlock can stop it from coming into the battle zone and destroy it too.
There is no banning or restiction related to this card. But its use with Hyperspatial Vice Hole is not allowed.
1-> Good Power.
2-> Good Ability.
3-> Immune to creatures.
1-> Vulurable Against Spells.
2-> Blocker has both advantage and disadvantage.
3-> Being a psychic can be troublesome.
It is only released in one set i.e. Psychic Splash (DM-39).
