General description:
Ok, so Goblin Piledriver is a 2/1 goblin for 2 (costs 1 with Warchief out), that when he attacks he gets +2/+0 (that's right, 2 NOT 1!) for EACH goblin that attacks with him. He has protection from blue which makes control afraid to see him out.

Uses:
EVERY Goblin Deck in Legacy should run 4 of this Card... It is (IMO) the best goblin out there [I would say recruiter but he is banned in legacy]. On turn 3 he can swing for 9 damage fairly easily (Goblin Guide makes him NUTS!).

Strategies and game play:
Ok, so with goblin piledriver, you MUST run goblin guides because when you draw lackey, guide and pile driver he ends up making even combo decks crumble. If you draw 2 goblin guides and a piledriver, your opponent might as well scoop. He is THE win condition in goblins because he is practically a snowball rolling down a hill and since goblins can cheat other goblins into play, he can swing upwards of 12 damage on turn 4 if you get a godly hand.

Combos with other cards:
Against control, I would STRONGLY suggest not casting him. Instead, cheat him into play with Goblin Lackey, Warren Instigator (this card is SO under rated), and Aether Vial (this card makes Gobbos go nuts).

Ways to counteract it:
Some decks that I can admit he struggles with are Zoo (because they make bigger creatures faster than goblins). It *censored: not good* when they go Taiga into a Kird Ape on turn 1 because a 2/3 is rather hard to kill off. Also, control decks will wait for you to cast him due to him being such a vital part of your win condition (any control deck that knows how to play against goblins knows what I am talking about).

Strengths/Pros:
Ummm... Everything about this card is an advantage. A 1/2 for 2 that swings for 9+ damage consistently on turn 4? I would honestly say the protection from blue is a little overboard, but it makes him THAT much better. He is worth EVERY penny!

Weaknesses/Cons:
His only weakness (I would say) is his 2 toughness... All it takes is a kird ape or a goblin guide to kill him or a 2/1 to make him sit there and do nothing. Sometimes you have to send him out to deal early damage to kill creatures with 2 power which is a HUGE bummer!

Variations:
I know that there is a Judge Promo of this card. I love the artwork for both of the cards! However, since most people have no clue that there is a Promo, it makes me want it so bad haha!

Artwork and aesthetics:
I love the artwork on it! His flavor text is also awesome ("Throw enough goblins at any problem and it should go away. At the very least, there'll be fewer goblins.").

Overall rating:
This card definitely deserves a 10... At the VERY least a 9.5
