General description:

This card is nice because it gives a boost to ultimates that many players just joining the game will have. Those with access to only digimon from series 1 and 2 will find that their ultimates rarely have special effects anyway.

Uses:

This becomes a stronger 'charger' card for ultimates with no abilities. If functions as a situational 'silver bullet'.

Weaknesses/Cons:

This card is not really needed when you get access to the stronger ultimates from later packs. There is a charger card for ultimates which does almost the same thing, but doesn't care if you have special effects and doesn't cost a card. The fact that this is a force-fx also makes it vulnerable to power freeze.
