General description:

Strictly worse than red offensive.

Uses:

Its basically a red offensive only if you're using your green digimon power, which costs you an extra card. Red offensive was already the most narrow of the three. This is even worse, useable only if you're a green digimon fighting a green digimon, and you have no red offensive. In short, its terrible.

Variations:

What this should have been was Defensive C/Offensive B but for red. Instead, we're left with two strictly better offensives and one inexplicably worse.

Overall rating:

I give this card a 1/10. It does do something sometimes, but really shouldn't exist.
