Card
Review
CEO Amaterasu
Card text:
Passive [V]: During your turn, while your Hand has 4 or more cards, this Unit gains +4000 Power.
Shape my desire. Project it before me, Yata no Kagami!
Uses:
(V)During your main Phase, Sc1 and look at the top card of the deck, send it to the top or bottom of your deck. (V/R)Soulblast 8 and Counterblast 5: if this unit attack hits, you may pay the cost. if you do, draw 5 cards. (V) if you have 4 or more cards on your hand, this unit gains +4k.
Strategies and game play:
this card is useful for knowing the to card of your deck and decided to put on top or bottom of your deck. very useful for soulful deck, like tsukuyomi deck or non-tsukuyomi deck, but not soulless deck. if you use this card with tsukuyomi series, should put it on rearguard since can use it's megablast on vanguard or rearguard. thus, you put cards that may gains your soul such as red eye or inaba, etc. in tsukuyomi series, should put soul at least 11 souls, 8 cards you use and keep 3 cards (ichibyoshi, crescent moon and half moon). in non-tsukuyomi deck, keep until you have 8 souls.
Combos with other cards:
Psychic bird, red eye, inaba, tsukuyomi can gain your soul
Ways to counteract it:
The way to prevent this unit from using its megablast is to block it, the best choice is to guard with perfect guard
Strengths/Pros:
we can know the top card of the deck whether it is trigger or not. can increase hand if using megablast. megablast can use whether vanguard or rear guard
Weaknesses/Cons:
attack must hit if want to use megablast.
Variations:
there are RRR and SP style
Artwork and aesthetics:
i like the artwork
Overall rating:
i'll give this unit 8.5 out of 10.00

Current score for this Card Review, based on 9 votes:
This card is alot better than you think it is. for you to use its mega blast you have to have its attack hit, but it doesn't have to be an attack on the vanguard. a good combo to do with this is have your opponent have 4 or more damge at eh start of your turn, then use CEO's skill to look at the top card of your deck, then attack with 2 other rearguards at the opponents vanguard. this will cause them to guard a lot with their hand. then attack one their rearguards with CEO. this causes your opponent to think heavily on this choice. if they block then they use up even more cards to block, but if they let it pass you get a hand increase. either way this card can scare your opponent. I give this card a 9.5 out of 10

Yeah, but massive reckless draw like that can be dangerous. Oracles run through their deck like a yeast in a bakery. Haphazardly drawing 5 thins the deck by way too much, and if you really need that massive draw, then you aren't using Oracles right. Psychic Birk, Luck Bird, Oracle Guardian, Blue Eye, and Secretary Angel is all the draw power you need, and two of them even put cards back into the deck. Not to mention the defensive power of Battle Sister, Vanilla when you have +6 Soul.
Besides, Amaterasu is best for the deceptive plays. Her +4k skill is a "Cont" skill, meaning it goes off whenever the conditions are met, Either during your turn, or during the Battle step, even during your Drive checks. As long as you have two cards in your hand, going into Battle step, Amaterasu is going to get that extra +4k when she attacks. This is why draw triggers are invaluable in OTT.

they edited the skill info ? should be more detail on, while attack, if hand is 4, attack plus 4000, because amat skill can activate after twin drive ~
