General description:
Okay I'm going to make a review about Death Phoenix, Avatar of Doom.
This is the most popular card from the Thrash of the Hybrid Megacreatures.
In general this is a good card.

Uses:
I recommend using this in fire-darkness decks ,because it evolves from a Zombie Dragon and a Fire Bird.

Strategies and game play:
This card is a serious weapon.
Firstly, the shields broken by this creature are going to the graveyard.( This creature breaks 2 shields.)
Secondly,you don't have to keep it on the battlefield.
When this creature leaves the battle zone the opponent discards his hand.

Combos with other cards:
I couldn't find any interesting combos.
This card is strong alone.

Ways to counteract it:
The ways of stopping this creature are very costy.
Maybe keeping a couple of strong Blockers and hoping that your opponent will discard him
will be fine.

Weaknesses/Cons:
The only weakness is ,that you have to summon a Zombie Dragon and a Fire Bird before
you call this creature to the battlefield.

Variations:
This card can be found in DM-12 Thrash of the Hybrid Megacreatures booster
packs ,in the Legend chronicle pack and in the Very Best pack(the pack which has the most popular cards)

Artwork and aesthetics:
I don't really like this card's artwork.It doesn't reflect the card's strength.
