Basically this card has a pretty good Limit Break. For you can call cards from your deck many times as long as you have other open (RC).
Use of this is for wasting your opponent's hand or a finishing attack.
Strategies and game play:
Use the unit "Liberator, Cheer Up Trumpeter" as your starting Vanguard and always use a Break Ride skill for Garmore. The Strategy is: Break Ride Garmore for him to gain an extra +10000 and it helps for an additional call and +5000 to the called unit. Then, Cheer Up Trumpeter's skill, use it for Garmore to gain +3000 power for each called card and with the Help of his Limit Break, he gains a total amount of +12000 Power because of Trumpeter. Also, use the other skill of Garmore, put a rear-guard to the bottom of your deck to gains +4000.
Combos with other cards:
Cloudy Sky Liberator, Geraint (recommended as Rear-guard and 4 copies in deck) Why? Because he also gains +3000 Power for each called unit, therefore only +9000 power will be added to their Power.
Blaster Blade Liberator - to avoid intercepts.
Liberator, Cheer Up Trumpeter - for Garmore to get +3000 Power for each called unit.
Critical and Stand Units - In order for many damage or attacks to strike to your opponent.
Ways to counteract it:
To avoid this card's combo and strategy, make sure you don't use a "Kanzen (Perfect) Guardian", for the attack to fail easily. I recommend two for Geraint and Garmore. Also, a hand full of 10000 shield (use if no Kanzen Guardians are present in your hand)
A high-powered attack for your opponent to deal with.
"Reverse" units. Locking your rear-guards? Well that's the problem losing Cheer Up Trumpeter's skill by your opponent locking her like the deck "Link Joker".
All I want is this card to be in English Version in the following days (although the english version of the following Trial Decks is reaching on Liberator of the Sanctuary and Eradicators of the Empire are going to be released in Oct. 4,2013, so that means the Season 3 or "Reversed" Seasons are near to be english)
Artwork and aesthetics:
It is related to the art because in the art, Garmore is like "Rooaaar!. He is ferocious like his powerful Limit Break!
My rating for this card is 8.95/10
