Emperor Neuron
Seneschal on steriods.

General description:
This is my favorite evo. Why is that? Well, we all know draws are good, that is why Aqua Seneschal is pretty much considered a staple in water decks. Free draws, free draws. Emperor Neuron does the same thing only cannot be blocked and does not suffer from summoning sickness! This lack of sickness is HUGE. This let's you get that extra card one turn earlier. Also, a 5000 body is pretty nice. All for 3 mana.

Uses:
He is great and his bait can be summoned the turn before him. Get off unblocked attacks while gaining hand advantage. He works extremely well with Cyber Trader. The amount of times I've drawn into him with Trader's effect is hilarious. Run him with Trader and other 2 or less mana cyberlords for a great turn 3 play that will happen pretty regularly.

Strategies and game play:
Use him much in the same way as Aqua Seneschal, only get his effect off one turn earlier and you don't have to worry about him being blocked!

Ways to counteract it:
Same as any creature. Battle, spells, and effects.

Strengths/Pros:
Decent power, no sickness, attack unhindered, and draw while you're at it.

Weaknesses/Cons:
5000 power isn't very high for an evo and he gets hit by a lot of cards.

Artwork and aesthetics:
Very nice looking. The artwork is very pleasing to the eye.

Overall rating:
9/10. A great card for faster decks that want some quick draw power.
