Flam is a troublemaker and is considerably better than his other half, Flim. His text is:
"At the start of your opponent's Troublemaker Phase, they exhaust one of their characters at this card's Problem."
He has 4 power and upon being "defeated" gives up 2 points.
This troublemaker is useful for those who don't have the rare troublemakers like Parasprite Swarm or Ahuizotl. It's an uncommon and has an effect that slows the opponent down, against Rarity manes, this card can be very useful if you go first or pull off a "Lucky Bomb" combo.
Strategies and game play:
Unlike the rare cards mentioned above or other uncommon troublemakers, this character helps set up tempo to the game by causing your opponent to exhaust one of their characters at the same problem, this will cause some issues on not only defeating Flam, but being able to confront a problem, etc. Sure swarm gets bigger and bigger and Ahuizotl can move characters home, but Flam is still cheaper and a decent substitute.
Combos with other cards:
Anything that can reveal a troublemaker same turn it's played is useful, but the best would be a "Lucky-Bomb" combo as you can set up to solving another problem while causing some grief at a different one.
Ways to counteract it:
Playing a villain after you play Flam. Various events and resources can affect flips in the faceoff. There's also blue with their +X power in faceoff friends.
-cheap alternative to other "stall" troublemakers
-4 power with a 2 point award
-blue and pink are liable to defeat it easily
only found via premiere set, it's an uncommon and seems short print compared to others.
Artwork and aesthetics:
Considering Flam has a twin you'd have to base the art off the show [and I'm rather sure it's Flam]
I'm giving this card a reasonable 5.5/10 as it's rather balanced but not quite as useful as rarer troublemakers.
