[ACT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (3) & Soul Blast (2)] Put all of your rear-guards and locked cards on top of your deck in any order, and look at five cards from the top of your deck, search for up to five cards with "Liberator" in its card name, call them to separate (RC), and put the rest on the bottom of your deck in any order. This ability cannot be used for the rest of that turn.
[CONT](VC):During your turn, this unit gets [Power]+1000 for each of your «Gold Paladin» rear-guards.

General description:
Before I write this I would like to thank everyone who supported me to the title of card review last week.Thank you guys .

So guys this time I'm back And I decided to write this review coz every review I found on this card disappointed me . No one has really been able to tell about the real potential of this card.

And that is my Mission- To Create awareness of the true power of this card.So Lets start with this-

Uses:

This is also one of the Alfred And Alfreds are known for their brutal strength as a vanguard while also bieng able to maintain full field.

The BT15 was expecting to bring back the memories of season 1 since the day the name was announced-Booster Set 15: Infinite Rebirth ,all of us (mostly) expected some big bang Alfred Crossride And we started to get certain when we saw this-Revenger, Dragruler Phantom And Dragonic Overlord "The Яe-birth" .




But Our hopes were shattered when we saw this-Liberator, Monarch Sanctuary Alfred



And right at that moment it became the best gold paladin art I have ever seen in my life And its skill did seem kinda boring But it wasn't. This card provided the stability of shear power of rush in late game which was something never seen before in any card.So let me show You How.

Strategies and game play:

The game play of this card would be divided in four sections according to variety of types of decks that I found could be made for this card.

Phase-I :-
Simple Garmore build-Many people think is the only use of this card,but i will surprise them and soon.

for this strategy not much of the things are needed just 3 counter blast and 2 soulblast and absolutely empty field,by this technique you can get a hand advantage of about 5 cards which is quite alot if you have mostly trigger in hand. Cards like -Fast Chase Liberator, Josephus,Physical Force Liberator, Zorron,Liberator, Bagpipe Angel,History Liberator, Merron etc. Here provide great amount of on-call skill advantage.



Phase-2 :-

The Rear guard power-up build-most of the people must have seen this in the anime ,when the main protagonist Aichi Uses this card to Power up cards like -Overcast Liberator, Geraint,May Rain Liberator, Bruno and vanguard by Liberator, Cheer Up Trumpeter To either go for a Final Turn or give and Oppurtunity to your opponent of wasting alot of his hand.

With this tactic Rearguard columns should be reaching 40k and if you have 2 Geraint in front And 2 Brunos behing them then you can definitely get it done easily by using this unit's Limit Break by either already having them on field or by getting them in top 5 cards by luck.

Phase 3 :-

Now many people might still be wondering what is the meaning of "100k Hitter " and why is this section so late ahead here.The reason is that this one unit can reach to upto 100k by some tricks and and even cross 100k if added some more things and to reason why this section so far was coz its not an easy task to prepare for this trick.
Now I know its kinda stupid to just reach 100k for nothing But just think about it -reaching 100k is a milestone and its just so exciting.

The tricks include either have all four Blaster Blade Liberators from deck on field and then using this unit's skill to superior call them again to get 40k and 4 extra criticals in just one go,combining this with Liberator, Cheer Up Trumpeter u get 15k more and if May Rain Liberator, Bruno is behind this unit and it certainly reaches beyond 100k.Cards like Yearning Liberator, Arum can be used to search for Blaster Blade Liberator from deck.



Phase 4:-
The Mixed Build-
This build is what has now started to come to the trend Because of its easy, fast and field control mechanism. The starter in this deck is usually Liberator, Cheer Up Trumpeter For powering up the vanguard and cards like White Rainbow Liberator, Balan and Blaster Blade Liberator for retire and unflip mechanism being able to use this unit's Limit break Again and again for field control.


Now the Biggest excuse i have heard for not using this card is what people say- "Be careful coz its all about luck and you never know when you will get many triggers in the top 5 cards." and the dont just seem to get the answer , well its way too simple - just use non Liberator Triggers.Non Liberator triggers not only provide you with soul and power but also superior calling.





Ways to counteract it:
I don't really see many ways here but i would say Kagero is the best clan to counterattack it because of following reasons-
1. Retiring units
2. Lots of depleting hand pressure
3. Protecting own resources while letting your opponent using his.

Heavy hitters of Dimension Police can also end the game in the blink of an eye.
Rush can also deplete resources and leave you in no condition of getting your act together.

The New ability of cards in season 4 -Legion can also prove to be fatal since these cards have brutality of power same as Alfred and can end game quite early since they are not Limit Break units.

Strengths/Pros:
The strength of this unit would be the various methods and oppurtunity that this card provides to maintain your best game at all time. Game can be manipulated in any way you like through various methods and after all, it all depends upon how how well you use this card to its greatest potentials.

Weaknesses/Cons:
The biggest weakness would be that its a late game card and not able to maintain the same pressure it holds in early game that it can hold in late game.

Variations:
There are currently the RRR and SP versions of this card available and there is no further announcement on when the EN version will be released.

Artwork and aesthetics:
The artwork is about this Alfred liberating forces of cray that have been engulfed by evil darkness of Link Jokers, though the foil kinda disappoints me coz it hides the complete picture and the black clouds of darkness are not really visible.



Overall rating:
For such great game play i would like to rate it 9.5 Coz in my opinion this is the best Gold Paladins can ever have.
