The only Synchro Monsters that aren't a staple in this deck is Goyo and Iron Chain. I use Iron Chain because its easy to summon with Debris and 2 Dandy Tokens. Goyo is really my favorite synchro monster and he is a card that I can turn any dual over with.

canz you try making the deck at least a 40 card deck, or a 43

issues with you deck:
- Red Dragon Archfiend is only good for killing tokens, otherwise is just a beat stick
- Red Nova Dragon is retarded to pull out and it can still be targeted to be removed of similarly effect veiler
- Iron Chain Dragon has lost significance use since veryone stalks up on back-field in this format and discarding cards helps them mill
- Shooting Star Dragon is also total pain to bring out and is basically another stardust and it doesn't get the re-summoning advantages of similar cards like drill warrior
- lame tuners like Dark Tinker and Delta Flyer, which do not even closely meet the theme (to usefulness in this deck), are used it this deck yet a decent tuner like plague-spreader isn't
- your using 43 cards when you should be using 40, the min should be enough to play out your deck and make it consistent
- no side whatsoever means you probably won't stand a chance against someone who sides against you
- your using three Pot of Avarice, the reason it is not limited at all is because the card has to have five targets just to end up as a +1
- you should defiantly have staples like morphing jar since you have absolutely not search power

more issues, but this is a start...

i ranked your deck with a 5,but i think you can do better.you could add majestic star dragon and majestic red dragon to kill off your opponent.

NEVER, EVER MAIN DECK ROYAL DECREE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 3 OTHER TRAPS IN YOUR MAIN DECK.

To make Rykos more efficient, add Super-Nimble Mega Hamsters or a Charge of the Light Brigade.

Some of your tuners don't really fit the theme of a Plant Deck (Delta Flyer, Dark Tinker). Replace them with Sangan and maybe Card Trooper. D.D. Sprites are also decent, remove one of two Fluff Tokens and synchro an instant Formula Synchron

Treacherous Trap Hole is trash because the instant a Trap hits the graveyard, it's a dead card.

Definitely needs more variety to the Extra Deck. Black Rose can easily hit the field with Debris+Dandy or Lonefire. You never need 3 Stardust, 2 at most. You NEVER need 3 Red Dragon Archfiend or 2 Red Nova Dragon. Add 1 Blackwing Armor Master because you have Gale. Add Brionac, it has a good effect. Scrap Dragon is also good, and is a Dragon so you can use it with Debris Dragon.

if u wanna make a deck about shooting star, then make it consistent.why do u have three pot of avarice lol... take out 1-2 to add mirror force and ur missing a lot of staples ID say at max a 3......
