Not all toons Need Toon World to be summon! I don't need Toon World to summon Toon masked sorcerer or Toon Gemini elf!

You right, some of the toon monsters dont need toon world to summon. Is your deck name a reference to WoW?

No! It was only a nickname. Also the deck is semi-focus on "Tempest Magician" burn effect. Combination with draw power of fortune and spell-counters it can gets very "hot" sometimes. (record 16 000 burn damage one turn)

So it is an Fire mage => Tempest Magician

I feel that this deck needs some balance to it. i know it's a magician deck. it seems too spell heavy.. you can do without 3 Gold Sarcophagus. you can afford to drop down to 2 the card effect isn't that great. but other then that, it's an alright deck..
