First up, you need to unify the deck more. You need to be able to count on get certain cards every game. Running only one of lots of different cards makes it unpredictable and harder to play. You should drop some ones, and add more to the others.

Your running 4 Cylon Centurions. They take and generate Sec. resource but they are the only ones in the whole deck that do that. Effectively making those cards useless 95% of the time.
