This deck seems relatively consistent and well made with only a few minor things I don't agree with. For example, why run icarus when you have only 6 targets? I would recommend using Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi because you can use that on ALL your dragunities and it's effect is very powerful this meta. Really the choice is up to you though. Good work! People who use spiritual wind art like to play control style and they know which cards they want to use it for. I already check them, and they work very well. But please to not ask to rate build up decks that are make up strategies from the same archtype, or structure decks. Try combine archtypes, or using other combos... Be original By the way, your deck is very good.
